I just built a system with Antec p180 mini case. This cpu cooler fits just fine within the case(not sure about the space when I ordered the cooler). I bought the Rev B 2100 from Platinum micro instead of buying Mugen 2000. This is an upgrade to the previous version and it supports 1156. I got a good deal from fry's on a CPU&Motherboard combo(i3 540 and ASUS motherboard that supports LGA 1156). I'm glad that I bought rev b 2100 because it gave me more choice and options.I had an issue with the fan that came with the cooler. I noticed it after a month and emailed PlatinumMicro. Even though I notified the issue after a month they immediately placed an order for new fan and shipped it to me with no questions asked. Great service from PlatinumMicro and I will not hesitate to shop again with them.
I ran the system with and without cooler fan and the temperature difference is about 3 degree Celsius. At this time of the year(winter) I can run without the cooler fan but for summer(in Texas) this will really help. BTW the fan is quiet.
Before placing the order measure the depth of the case against the dimension of the cooler.
cpu cooler is screwed to the motherboard with a plate to the back of the mobo.
Make sure that the cooler size does not interfere with the memory slot. My motherboard has 4 memory slots and I'm using only two of them. I have GSkill ripjaw memory(taller than an average memory height). If you have only 2 slots you may want to consider memory that is not very tall.
