Desktop Computer Review: Fusion-io 80GB ioXtreme Review

Well, this card screams - I can cold-boot a vmware XP image to the desktop in just a few seconds (host=overclocked i7-975).

Annoyingly, the card itself is not bootable yet, although this is set to change with a firmware update some time in the future.

If you work with vmware images and 80gigs is sufficient for you, this baby will give you a ten-fold productivity increase over mechanical disks.
