Just got five of these monitors last week. You will need to calibrate if you plan to use it for graphics work - which is what I (we) do. There are other monitors that I think are "better" than the U2410, but will cost more. My teammates and I don't see the issues pointed out by the reviewer JT - maybe our eyes are too old to see the problems. I think this is a great bang for the buck IPS monitor. Viewsonic makes a 23" IPS monitor that costs less, but we haven't found many reviews about it. As a business we decided that the slight gains of a pricier monitor over this monitor simply wasn't worth it.
