If you are looking for a cheap P4 motherboard---this is it.If you need more than 2 RAM slots, 3 NICs, and NO ON BOARD LAN, then this is the board for you.Of course---if you need something to complain about, then, you COULD bellyache about their NOT being LAN on this board (even though it says it does have LAN---its evidently a mistake) since they CLAIM to have LAN....still---a p4 for 30 bucks is cheap by any measure. You can get a LAN NIC for less than $3 here on amazon---so for 33 clams total you are set.
