Bought this to install on my daughters' new Dell with Windows7-64 bit, and wasn't certain it was going to work without some headaches because the box states 'Win Vista'. Installed without a hitch! I haven't used it much but when I compare the startup speed and operation to the older version (22) on her old XP machine it is like comparing a jackrabbit to a slug. Wow what a difference!
