Syba SD-PEX-VT4E4I PCIe NEC Chipset USB 2.0/1394a Combo CardI bought this for my new Mac Pro which does not come with any FireWire 400 ports standard. To accommodate my old FW drives and add ports for my other USB devices, I thought this card would be the perfect solution. Unfortunately, after just a few weeks, the USB ports stopped working. I switched which PCI slot it was in and even tried it in other computers, but the USB ports just do not work anymore, which blows. Of course, I am 3 days late to return it and it's not worth a 50% restocking fee to return it, so I'll keep it for the FW ports, until they die, too.
