Geniatech PCI-e ATSC HDTV Tuner Card with Ditial Cable - X8550A

This claims to be compatible with VISTA, but I cannot get it to work in either a 32-bit or 64-bit machine (both Ultimate editions). I keep getting "Driver not intended for this platform" error. Forget about support - I've sent 3 emails and no response after 2 weeks. Their website is useless, none of the downloads work at all! Can't find any help on the web - Avoid this piece of junk.
