Desktop Computer Review: X-Finity 2G 600W Titanium Power Supply Unit PSU 120mm Fan XF2G 600TI ULT33120 Review

While this review is intended for the "older" model of the X-Finity 600W supply, the overall design is the same.The product did an excellent job of maintaining consistent power to my system.The cables were easy to manage and there were plenty of them to go around.The only unfortunate thing is that my power supply failed on me a couple of days ago (after 1.5 yrs of service).While this seems like a negative thing, I understand the occasionally power supplies fail.I called the company to let them know their supply had failed (comes with a lifetime limited warranty) and they asked for a copy of my old receipt or some other proof of purchase (you can also register it on their site when you buy it and avoid this requirement).After providing that via email while on the phone, they mailed me a replacement supply without much hassle.Now that is customer service.They stand behind their product and should it fail, they'll take care of you.Sure, I could view it as a negative because of the work I'll have to put in to replace my old supply, but really that is small compared to buying a cheaper supply from someplace else and getting nothing for it in the end.Ultra is an excellent product and company in my book.
