The memory arrived in a speedy manner. Interactions with the vendor were great. However, shortly after the memory was installed, the computer had significant issues. When taken to a repair shop, we were told the brand of memory has known issues with HP computers. I wish we had known that before we made the purchase. Now we've had to buy other memory to replace it.
