I ordered two memory sticks from another place that promise they would work the first time and everytime.Well they never worked, they probably sent the wrong parts and they never energized at all, much less re-boot the computer.The Kingston purchase from Amazon was much cheaper and worked flawlessly with easily understandable installation and boot up with no problem.I believe I'll stay with Amazon from now on for computer upgrades, it's a good thing.
