Worked fine on my Soyo PIII motherboard (#SY-6VBA 133) with a VIA Apollo Pro 133 chipset, but only after moved to DIMM slot #1 from #3: BIOS recognized only 128MB in slot #3. Most VIA chipsets 1999 or later are compatible (mine is 1999) with an updated BIOS, while Intel BX chipsets are not.
