You'll find alot of people have problems with highpoint, mostly because they have virtually no customer support whatsoever.They don't respond to technical support questions, they don't really give any help at all.I purchased this card because it had good reviews.It works, if a drive fails in RAID 5, it will rebuild it, and I have 7.5 TB RAID storage.Maybe one day highpoint will realize that there's a direct correlation between answering support emails and sales. Would I buy it again?Maybe.I might look into an Areca card or ATTO next time.My throughput seems a little erratic, which I emailed highpoint about, and received no response.
