I think that the product itself is great, if only they would send me what I have ordered.I ordered a Danish Keyboard and instead received a Dutch... this may not seem like a big deal but it does not have the correct letters so I cannot type in danish because it is the wrong keyboard. It is very upsetting considering I am taking Danish lessons Online and I am waiting to continue with them until I have the keyboard which I did not get .....
