I've had two of these RAM sticks for almost 18 months.

They work and have worked fine in my custom-build tower pc, with the exception that I had some trouble running them at the rated speed. So, I contacted their tech support, first via the regular web-chat systems of today, which after a bit of a wait and the standard questions about my setup referred me to their level 2 tech support.

I called their toll free line (shared with Lexar it seems), I got hold of a supporter immediately (no wait! no muzak torture!). The supporter spoke clear and understandable English, was polite, his technical competence very good, his explanation was no-nonsense and straight to the point (which was that I hadn't confugured my BIOS properly to run the modules at their rated speed. It is fixed now and my PC runs well and fast).

The best gauge of a companys commitment to their product is their level of support to the customer, and this is some of the best tech support I've ever had from an American company. Crucial is from now on a preferred brand of mine.
