This product seems to be Kingston KTD-DM8400BE/2G.I installed this yesterday on my Dell Precision 390 and it found the memory and is now running at 8GB RAM.I'm using Red Hat Enterprise WS 4 (x64_86).This results in 7.5 GB free memory and .5 GB for the operating system, of course, overtime this will change but that is the startup memory usage. The installation was simple and like other DIMM memory. The fit was tight and somewhat difficult to push in, but that is a good thing considering you don't want the memory to have any chance of moving around.
I don't have any cons at this point.
Please remember you must be running a x64 version of whatever operating you are using to go over 4GB RAM (and make use of it).
