ATI Radeon X1300 128MB Low-Profile PCIE (DVI, TV-Out) Review

ATI Radeon X1300 128MB Low-Profile PCIEHad this card forever in my Dimension C521. It's perfect for a cheap pc for everyday use, but if your considering it for gaming, I bid you find another. it runs half life 2 on medium to high settings with decent framerate, half life 2 episode 2 at medium to low with occasional lag, and mirors edge on all low with constant lag. But I somehow managed to run the Crysis demo on all low settings with a bearable framerate, but it didn't last long. Low profile so it fits in small cases. only supports up to directx 9.0 which means it won't run modern and upcoming games(if it could run them at all#. Also runs 3ds max#not to its full potential mind you, but most basic stuff) and other 3D modeling programs

but if you're looking for a cheap basic use computer, just for myspace, youtube and stuff like that. Go ahead, had no problems with any of that stuff.
