I put this VGA cooler on my ATI HD 4830 which was running much hotter than I am comfortable with (high 90s degrees celsius) and it brought my temps down to ~ 70c with peaks to 79c while folding 24/7.The only thing I think could be explained better in the instructions was applying the double-sided tape to the spacers. To do this, peel one of the circles off the tape card which has 4 circles on it. Then press one of the spacers against it. When you pull the spacer back the circle of double-sided tape will stick to it. Then press the spacer with the tape on it to the mounting bracket over one of the 4 holes you wll use so it will be held in place on the bracket. There are 8 holes (2 sets of four.) You will need to measure to see which set you will use. One set is spaced at 42.5mm and the other set is spaced at 48.5mm. My ATI HD 4830 used the 48.5mm set.
