After repeated tries I couldn't get the memory installed in the second memory slot on my HP pravilan computer which was purchased about 2 1/2 yrs ago.The manufacturer, Kingston, verified the memory was the correct one for my computer. They suggested I try to install the existing memory from the first existing slot in the second problem memory slot.To my surprise it wouldn't install either. Thus I concluded the problem was in the second memory slot on the motherboard.My money was returned with no hassel.
Overall, I rate them five stars.Even though I wasn't able to assess the product performance, I think they earn the rating based on their excellent timely assistance and no hassel refund.
