This item works exactly as described.I wouldn't purchase this item again for the same reason I purchased it;The brights are extremely bright.It lights up a room.The whole unit is lit with a bright blue light in the middle that flashes.It would be nice if this center light could be dimmed or switched off.
The port lights are steady and I have no issue with them, only the center light.
Perhaps I may need to attach this item to the bottom of the desk.
