The Maxtor 160Gb SATA II harddrive is a good drive for a cheap price.Installation was easy and windows immediately recognized the drive.Although small for todays standards I use it as a c:/ drive and have a much larger drive as a d:/ drive for file storage and backup.Keeping 2 separate drives keeps the computer running faster and protects the computer from getting wiped out completely.i recommend this drive.5 out of 5 stars.
