Toshiba MK2004GAL - Hard drive - 20 GB - internal - 1.8' - ATA-100 - 4200 rpm - buffer: 2 MBI ordered this because it was an exact match for my 4th gen ipod, and the swap worked perfect. This is a tough little hard drive. My old one lasted 4 years with very high usage, numerous drops, and extreme temperature changes.
