PCI 4 Channel 4CH Internal Audio PC 3D Sound Card Adapter for Desktop/PC Review

Ordered $4's sound card on 8/15. Realized no need for the card about 3 hours later. A mail to cancel the order was sent out at the same time because it stated the item would be shipped at earliest of 8/20, which was 5 days later. The seller, optimumsolution, responded with a mail to deny the request. Several mails exchanged, but refused to cancel the order. Never had such kind of experience from Amazon.
