MB's are touchy. It is incorrect to state that ALL Intel Motherboards won't accept these sticks. I have an Intel H55TC m.b., running Win7 (64) and they were perfectly accepted without any issues. I do agree that most sites don't have EVERY stick of RAM listed as compatible with their M.B.'s, I just want those out there to know that they do work for some of us as well.
