The Product was received in good time and works great. Very Dissapointed that I did not recieve a boxed product like I thought I was receiving. Also Dissappointed that I did not receive the Backplate. Now I have a big hole in the back of my computer. I am hoping the Seller will see this and send it because I really need it and it should have came with it considering the Audio ports are not arranged in a standard fashion.
