Desktop Computer Review: DVI 24+5 (DVI-I) male to VGA male Cable

This is for review is mainly for excellent customer service.
After I purchased, I found out that this is DVI-I, my TV has DVI-D input only.

So, I call customer service of HDE. Service rep was very friendly and explained me in datail of my options will be. Next day sent an email for return. Got email quickly with Return Merchandize authorization number. Return procedure was simple. I had original package and simply sent back as "Return to Sender". Saw credit within 2 days.
